This is, perhaps, my favorite Minimalist Baker project yet!
A few months ago, John + Dana emailed me requesting my design help with 31 Meals—a digital cookbook featuring one month of healthy, simple dinners. Dana updated the old version with a handful of brand new recipes, and I gave it a facelift with a clean + modern new layout. The book has gorgeously photographed recipes ( which are all plant-based and mostly gluten-free ), as well as FIVE BONUS DESSERTS, weekly meal plans, useful grocery shopping guides and more.
If you’re in the mood for Masala Chickpea Stuffed Sweet Potatoes or want to know what the heck a Gado Gado Bowl with Spicy Peanut Sauce is ( trust, it’s delicious ), pick up the 100+ page book here. I’ve got my eye on the Grilled Romaine Caesar Salad with Herbed White Beans for summer, which I’ll promptly follow up with Coconut Caramel Dark Chocolate Bon Bons for dessert.
